Reiki
You'll be invited to lie down fully clothed or sit comfortably, with blankets and props available for support. With light touch or hands hovering above the body, many clients notice gentle warmth, tingling, or waves of ease. Soft music, vibrational bronze bowls, and guided grounding help your system unwind at its own pace.
